(Ord. 1176, 11-25-1996) <br />1014.014BI Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeals — Zoning Variances <br />The Community Development Director or designee shall provide written notice of <br />I rZ () -F�, <br />the request, as per Section 108 of this Code to all property owners wit h'n .. �f %J A <br />500 �,feet prior to a, hearing of the Variance Board and shall publish notice of <br />public hearing 'in the off vial newspaper at least ten (10) days prior to said <br />hearing. <br />1014.0402 Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeals — Appeals <br />The written appeal shall state the specific grounds upon which the appeal is made <br />and shall be accompanied by a fee established by resolution 6f the City Council. <br />A public meeting regarding the matter shall be held before the Board of <br />Adjustment and Appeal at a regular meeting held within 30 days of the receipt of <br />the required written appeal. A mailed notice of the public meeting at which the <br />appeal "I's to be considered shall be sent to members of the Variance Board (if <br />applicable) and to: all of those property owners within 3.54) -reef , 500 feet of the <br />subject property as well, as the owner and tenants (I*f any) of the subject property* <br />(Ord. 1347, 4-23-2007) <br />
