1015.01B Rezoning Application — Application <br />Application; Pro ' perty Certificate: Any person owning real estate 'in the city may <br />file an application with the city manager In the f-orm, of a written request or <br />petition to rezone petitioner's real estate or such real estate abutting thereto. The <br />appficafion shall be accompanied' by an abstractor's certified property certificate <br />showing the property owners with"n 500 feet of the <br />outer boundaries of the land proposed to be rezoned. The 6ty manager-shall refer <br />such written application together with abstractor's certified property certificate to <br />the City Council. <br />1016.27 Shoreland, Wetland, and Storm Water Management — Application <br />App i ation: An application for an amendment shall be filed wl'th the zoning <br />administrator.
