Additional right- of- <br />way purchase will be necessary in places where the proposed improvements cross outside of <br />the right- of- way. Attachment B to the report contains the Cost Estimate. Estimated right- <br />of- way costs are included in lines 3 & 4 of Miscellaneous costs. <br />The concept drawing for Improvement 16.- Fairview Avenue (Figures 18A & 18B) show the <br />conversion of Fairview Avenue from a two lane rural road to a 3 lane urban road with a <br />sidewalk. The existing street is 40 feet wide. The urban 3 lane road as shown in the concept <br />is 46 feet wide. The Fairview right- of- way varies in this corridor between 76 and 86 feet <br />wide. The proposed sidewalk along the east side of the road is 6 feet wide with a 6 foot <br />boulevard. The proposed improvement widens the street within the right- of- way by 6 feet, <br />
