EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25 day of February, 2008,, at 6.-00 p.m. The following members were present.* and the following were absent.- Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- RESOLUTION No. XXXXX 2.1 Adoption of the Twin Lakes Twin Lakes AUAR Infrastructure Allocation Study WHEREAS,, on November 19,, 2007 the Roseville City Council authorized the commencement of the Twin Lakes AUAR Infrastructure Allocation study (the "Study"' to assist the City in apportioning street,, sewer, water and stormwater infrastructure costs within the Twin Lakes redevelopment area; and WHEREAS,, the Study is intended to serve as a baseline for the City and the public to use in determining the appropriate cost share of each development area within the Twin Lakes redevelopment area; and WHEREAS,, as development proposals are received by the City,, the Study as well as additional analysis will determine the final cost allocation for the development proposal in relation to Twin Lakes infrastructure; and WHEREAS on February 11, 2008 the Roseville City Council reviewed the Study; and p I WHEREAS,, the Study is now ready for consideration by the City Council for adoption. NOW,, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED,, that the Roseville City Council adopts the Twin Lakes AUAR Infrastructure Allocation Study.
