<br />113 Asbury and Ridgewood currently do not have a complete storm sewer system. It should
<br />114 be noted that because of the existing topography, a portion of Roseville's streets drain
<br />115 north into Arden Hills; this will continue after construction. Rain gardens or infiltration
<br />116 trenches will be constructed in the boulevards of the homes in Roseville to collect and
<br />117 infiltrate the storm water. However,, a portion of the runoff will still drain down the hill
<br />118 into the Arden Hills system. As a result of this, when the Arden Hills streets are
