Attachment B <br />Ms. shay advised that the Association would agree to re-opining the Pub�lic <br />�Hearings , since 80%, of the residents had sigined the petition, when only 25%, were <br />required to sigin; and there remained significant interest in the request. <br />Ms. shay expressed enthusiasm for ossible private financing of the project; and <br />noted the Association was open to private or pub�lic financing, whatever approach <br />was feasible.
