115 with City details and specifications and as shown on and in accordance with the City <br />116 approved Public Improvement Construction Plans. <br />11 7' h. Contaminated soil remediation.- Contaminated soil encountered during the <br />118 construction of the development shall be removed from the right-of-way and <br />119 easements. The soil shall be disposed of at an off-site location approved by the City. <br />120 7.6 Upon completion of the project, the Developer's engineer must provide the City with as- <br />121 built plans. They must also provide to the City Engineer a letter certifying that the <br />122 improvements were constructed according to approved plans and specifications, and <br />123 request that the City accept the improvements. When these items are received, the City <br />124, Council will be asked to accept the improvements. <br />125 7.7 All costs associated with construction of the new public improvements necessary for this <br />126 development will be borne by the Developer. A $,27,740 Engineering Coordination fee is <br />12 7' required. Appropriate surety will be provided for all public improvements in the amount <br />128 of 125% of the construction cost,, for a total of $2,,358,580.
