I attended <br />the Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday., March 2., 201,1. 1 spoke at the meeting, stating, <br />my concerns, that County Road C-2 not go through west of the cul-de-sac off Lexington Avenue, <br />and the storm water runoff not be allowed to run directly into Little Lake los,ephine. I was, <br />glad to s,ee that the storm water runoff will be going, into a retention pond before the water <br />proceeds, into the lake. As you know the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />proposed plat and stated they s,ee no reason for County Road C2 to go through. <br />As I will unable to attend the City Council meeting, March 21,., 2011, ,, when this proposal is <br />scheduled, I would like to convey to you my hope that you will approve the plat as designed <br />and that County Road C2 will not go through. <br />Thank you, <br />Allen Carrier <br />1,040 County Road C�2 W <br />Page 15 of 25 <br />
