My <br />understanding was that some of that <br />property had delinquent tax is,s,ues, and would not be developed in <br />the near future. So I personally am pleased to see this <br />moving ahead and I think it will be a'-' big plus" for the Roseville <br />community in general. A nice, upscale, single home development <br />is not something a first ring suburb gets, a chance at very often. I <br />also understand that there is no plan to simultaneously <br />improve County Road C2. I feel this is quite shortsighted and is <br />something that needs, s,erious, reconsideration. I'm not so s,ure <br />any number of traffic flow studies, will yield an answer either, <br />common sense would seem to indicate there is a need for ood <br />acces,s, to this area for general traffic, police, emergency, fire <br />and so can To leave Cty C2 in it's, present situation s,eems, to me to be <br />an opportunity for improvement missed . It just s,eems, <br />counterintuitive to leave County Road C2 with two dead ends, right next to a beautiful <br />and new 28 home development.
