Attachment K <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />2, of Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of August 2011 at 6.-00 p.m. <br />3 The following Members were present.* <br />,4, and was absent. <br />5 Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- <br />I <br />7' A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF STORM SEWER EASEMENT <br />8 (PF11-003) <br />9 WHEREAS,, Pulte Homes of MN,, LLC, applicant for approval of the proposed storm <br />10 sewer easement vacation , owns the property which is legally described as <br />I <br />11 PIN: 03-29-2 3-�14-0021 <br />12 All that part of Government Lot 2, Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, lying West of <br />13 Lexington Avenue and lying South of Lake Josephine Road, except that part platted as <br />14 North Ridge Plat 4, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />15 and WHEREAS,, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />16 the proposed EASEMENT VACATION on April 6, 2011, and after said public hearing the Roseville <br />1 7' Planning Commission unanimously voted to recommend approval of the proposed vacation <br />18 based on the comments and findings of the staff report and the input from the public; and <br />19 NOW,, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />2,0 Minnesota,, That the City of Roseville hereby vacates that portion of the public storm sewer <br />21 easement which is legally described as follows.- <br />2,2, City of Roseville perpetual utility easement dated June 19, 1980 and filed for record <br />2,3 August 19, 1980 in Ramsey County, Minnesota as Document No. 2087501 <br />24 20-foot easement, the center line described as follows: <br />2,5 Commencing at a point on the west line of Lot 9, Block I North Ridge Plat 4 said <br />2,6 point being 20 feet north of the southwest corner of said Lot 9, thence southeasterly along a <br />2,"'7' line to a point on the east line of Lot 10 of said Block 1, said point being 40 feet northerly of <br />2,8 the southeast corner of said Lot 10 and also the noint of beginning of said easement center <br />2,9 line, thence continuing along said southeasterly line extended 140 feet, thence deflect to the <br />30 left 45 degrees, thence northeasterly along said deflection 195 feet, thence deflect to the <br />31 right 70 degrees, thence southeasterly along said deflection 265 feet, thence deflect to the <br />32, left 67 degrees, thence northeasterly along said deflection 150 feet to a point on the west <br />33 Right-of-Way line of Lexington Avenue and there terminating. <br />Page I of 3 Page 1 of 6 <br />
