The most affected routes from a volume perspective will be <br />Josephine Road and Woodhill Drive between Ham line Avenue and Lexington Avenue. <br />Josephine Road and Woodhill Drive are expected to sec a reduction of approximately 650 and <br />450 vehicles per day, respectively. It is estimated that approximately 300 vehicles per day of the <br />450 vpd along Woodhill Drive originate or are destined for the neighborhood between Hamline <br />Avenue and Lexington Avenue, and will utilize the potential County Road C2 connection if <br />constructed. This summarizes the potential County Road C2 connection local changes <br />(approximately 1,100 vehicles per day).
