8.0 RECOMMENDATION <br />5.1 After reviewing the application and soliciting public input, the Planning Commission <br />voted 0 -0 to recommended approval of the requested INTERIM USE PERMIT. <br />5.2 Consistent with the recommendation of the Planning Commission and based on the <br />comments and findings detailed in Sections 4, 5, and 0 of this report, the Planning <br />Division recommends approval of the requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The area of the sign shall conform to the illustration reviewed with this <br />application; <br />b. The overall height of the sign shall not exceed 5 feet; <br />C. The sign shall be located outside of the public right -of -way and outside of the <br />Traffic Visibility Triangle, consistent with the site plan reviewed with this <br />application as Attachment C, and; <br />d.
