6,09 Warranty of Legal Capacity. The individuals signing this Agreement on behalf of the <br />Grantee and on behalf of the Council represent and warrant on the Grantee's and the Council's <br />behalf respectively that the individuals are duly authorized to execute this Agreement on the Grantee's <br />and the Council's belialf respectively and that this Agreement constitutes the Grantee's and the <br />Council's valid, binding and enforceable agreements. <br />IBC WITLESS WHEREOF, the Grantee and the Council. have caused this Agreement to be executed <br />by their duly authorized representatives.
