ATTACHMENT A APPLICATION FOR'rAX BASE REVITALIZATION ACCOLJ 1i_I FUNDS This attachment comprises this page and the succeeding page(s) which contain(s) a summary of the Project identified in the application for Tax Base Revitalization Account grant funds submitted its response to the Council's notice of ava-ilability of Tax Base Devitalization Account grant fends for the Funding Cycle identified at page 1 of this Agreement.
