Attachment A <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1356 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 1002 AND 1005 <br />PERTAINING TO PET BOARDING AND PET DAY CARE <br />THE CITY OF ROSE VIDE E ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose. The Roseville City Code, Tile 10, Chapter 1.014 (Board <br />of Zoning Adjustments & Appeals) is hereby amended by eliminating, clarifying and <br />revising language contained within Section 1014. The purpose of this Ordinance is to <br />create language that provides ample notification to residents and clarifies the process by <br />which are appeal is heard by the City Council. <br />SECTION 2. Section_ 1014.04 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section a 002.OZ (Dog Kennel) of the City Code shall read: Any premises <br />where three or more clogs over three months of age are kept, except where <br />special multiple dog license (3 or 4 (logs) is issued pursuant to 501.20 of <br />this Cade,. excluding indoor pet boarding and /or dog day care as an <br />accessory use to pet and pet supply store, except that such pet boarding <br />shall remain subject to the licensing requirements of Section 501.19 of this <br />Code. <br />Section 100 .015 (Use hart) of the City Code shall: include pet <br />boarding and /or dog day care as a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in all <br />zones where Pet and Pet Supply store are either permitted or allowed via a <br />conditional use permit. <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the Roseville City <br />Cede shall take effect upon passage and publication. <br />Passed this 14t" day of January 2008 <br />
