Attachment B <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 91h day of June, 2008, at <br />6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF <br />BILL MAJERUS TO THE <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE TO FILL A 5 YEAR TERM <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council ") of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota (the `City "), as follows: <br />1. On September 23, 2007, a Board Member term for the Housing & <br />Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of Roseville ("HRA") <br />expired. <br />2. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.003 Subdivision 6, all terms <br />after initial staggered terms shall be for 5 years. <br />3. The Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the appointment <br />of resident Bill Majerus for a term of 5 years ending September 23, 2012. <br />4. Bill Majerus was appointed to the HRA for this term on August 27, 2007 <br />by motion. This resolution confirms the action taken by the Roseville City <br />Council on August 27, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />, and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
