Stat. § 340A,415 15- 6054- 19510- <br />WHEREAS, , a hearing is scheduled for April 1, 2008, before Administrative Law <br />Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger, regarding the appeal by Davanni's Pizza . Hot Hoagies <br />C'Davanni's ") to challenge the penalty imposed on the Davanni's restaurant located at <br />1905 West Perimeter Drive, Roseville, lip, (the "Roseville Davanni's") by the Roseville <br />City Council on February 11, 2008 for serving alcohol while the Roseville Davanni's <br />liquor license was suspended; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties have agreed that there are no relevant disputes of Fact <br />pertaining to this matter, and that the and issues to be determined at the hearing are <br />issues of law; <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by the City <br />of Roseville and Davanni's,, that the April I, 2008 hearing in this matter shall be limited <br />to oral arguments by the parties and /or their counsel, and that no testimonial evidence <br />shad be presented at the hearing by either party; <br />IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that the following facts are true <br />and not subject to dispute: <br />
