Instead of revering the Roseville Davanni's liquor license, the City Council voted to impose a lesser penalty of a 0 -day suspension of the license and a $2,000 fine. On February 13, 2008, Sergeant Marshall sent a letter to the Roseville Davanni's notifying It of this decision. This letter advised Davanni's that, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 340A. 1 , the suspension of the license would not go into effect until Davanni's had been. given an opportunity for hearing under the Minnesota Administrative Procedures Act. Under City Code Section 302.15, Davanni's had 10 days from mailing of the notice to request a hearing. A true and accurate copy of Sergeant Marshall's February 13, 2008 letter is submitted herewith as Exhibit J. 7. By letter dated February 21, 2008, Davanni's President G.M.
