City of Roseville - City Council MM' sites for October 23, 2006 <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />City council Minutes <br />Regular Meeting <br />October 23, 2006 <br />Call to order call to order <br />Mayor Klausing cailed to order the Roseville city Council regular <br />meeting at 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br />Roll call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />ounciimernbers l ough; Maschkaz lhIan; Dust and Mayor Klausing. City <br />Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Mayor Klausing advised that the City council would open the regular <br />City Council meeting; then at sorne point near the beginning of the <br />meeting, would recess and reconvene into close -d. Executive Session to <br />receive a report and update from counsel. on pending litigation reiated to <br />Twin Lakes. Mayor Klausing anticipated that the Executive Session <br />would be approximately Y2 hour in duration. <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Layer Klausing called for any comments or discussion on tonight's <br />Agenda. <br />Several items were removed from the consent Agenda, as will be <br />referenced later during the agenda. <br />oun6.member Dough requested that Item 15.a entitled, "Request of <br />councilrnember ough: Discussion of Travel Policy for Elected <br />Officials," be revised to include Discussion of Travel policy for City Staff, <br />as well as Elected Officials. <br />I. Receive Public comment about city Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience <br />on any City Issues. <br />A. Al Sands, 2612 Aldine <br />Mr. Sands presented written comment, related to his <br />interpretation of a drafting error in the city's ordinance dealing <br />with land use in the B -6 Zone (flap). Mr. Sands referenced the <br />Twin Lakes AUAR Map, future land use scenario, approved <br />.dune 26, 2001, related. to Twin Lakes development and uses. <br />Mayor pausing clarified that Mr. Sands' concerns were related <br />to perceived inconsistencies between the map and zoning <br />ordinance; and advised fir.
