Project report recommendation: June 4, 2008 <br />11 • Planning Commission Action (5 -0) Approval Recommendation: June 4, 2008 <br />12 • Anticipated City Council Action: June 10, 2008 <br />13 2 SUMMARY OF STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />14 2.1 On June 4, 2008, the Roseville Planning Commission held the duly noticed public <br />15 hearing regarding the FMCA INTERIM USE PERMIT, and recommended approval of the <br />10 request subject to 4 conditions. <br />17 3 SUMMARY OF SUGGESTED ACTION <br />18 3.1 ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT for the FMCA and the <br />19 Meritex Enterprises, 2285 walnut Street, pursuant to §1012.09 (Interim Uses) of the City <br />20 Code, subject to conditions; see Section 8 of this report for the detailed action. <br />PF08- 021_RCA_061608.doc Page 1 of 5 <br />
