Costs will be <br />reported to Council following the abatement. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Council direct Community Development staff to abate the above referenced <br />public nuisance violations at 2530 Snelling Avenue by hiring contractors to remove all garbage, remove <br />the deteriorated rabbit hutch, and to repaint those areas on the house and garage where peeling and <br />fading paint exist. <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />Direct Community Development staff to abate public nuisance violations at 2530 Snelling Avenue by <br />hiring contractors to remove all garbage, remove the deteriorated rabbit hutch, and to repaint those <br />areas on the house and garage where peeling and fading paint exist.
