Building materials shall be comprised of a colored burnished <br />200 <br />CMU blocks, bronze toned anodized aluminum perforated and corrugated panels, and <br />201 <br />bronze toned curtain wall system with clear glazing. The burnished block would wrap <br />202 <br />the structure and cover the tower. The aluminum panels would span floor to floor to <br />203 <br />create a clean appearance to the building and minimize the appearance of a typical <br />204 <br />parking structure. <br />205 <br />206 <br />OVERALL DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS: <br />207 9.4 <br />Use. City Staff will continue to work with Metro Transit on incorporating other transit <br />208 <br />options such as reverse commute as Twin Lakes builds out. <br />209 <br />210 9.5 <br />Development Review Committee (DRC). The plans submitted for a building permit <br />211 <br />pertaining to this redevelopment shall be reviewed by the DRC for consistency with this <br />212 <br />AGREEMENT as well as other applicable City Code requirements, prior to the issuance <br />213 <br />of a building permit. <br />214 <br />215 <br />216 9.6 <br />Mitigation of Impacts.
