I Attachment A 2 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING 3 OF CITY COUNCIL 4 CITY OF ROSEVILLE 5 RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA 0 7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of S Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2000 Civic Center 9 Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 15th day of December, 2008, at 0:00 p.m. 10 11 The following members were present: and the following were absent: 12 13 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 14 15 RESOLUTION 16 17 RESOLUTION REGARDING 18 STATE PROJECT NO: 6241 -57R 19 TRUNK HIGHWAY 280 (BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD B AND BROADWAY AVE) 20 21 WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation has prepared a final layout for the 22 improvement of State Project No: 0241 -57R- Trunk Highway 280 within the City of Roseville 23 from County Road B to Broadway Ave; and seeks the approval thereof, and; 24 25 WHEREAS, said final layouts are on file in the Minnesota Department of Transportation office, 20 1500 County Road B -2, Roseville, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as S.P. 0241- 27 57R from R.P. 003 +00.317 to 002 +00.920, and; 28 29 WHEREAS, the said final layout includes the construction of a cul- de- sac at the west end of the 30 disconnected County Road B, and; 31 32 WHEREAS, Mn /DOT has agreed to pay for the cost to construct a gravity sewer to Lauderdale 33 eliminating the need for the PaperCalmenson lift station, and; 34 35 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, 30 that the Council held a public hearing on December 15, 2008, to consider the proposed State 37 Project No: 0241 -57R- Trunk Highway 280 (between County Road B and Broadway Ave) that 38 said final layouts for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within the corporate limits be and 39 is hereby approved. 40 41 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote 42 being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the 43 same: 44 45 46 Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
