Attachment D <br /> 1 HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> 2 IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> 3 SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> 4 <br /> 5 THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of the 91h day of_Januar , 2012 by and <br /> 6 between the Dousing & Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> 7 hereinafter referred to as the HRA, and the City of Roseville, a Minnesota municipal corporation, <br /> 8 hereinafter referred to as the City. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 WITNESSETH: <br /> 11 <br /> 12 WHEREAS, the HRA desires to contract with the City for the services of the Roseville <br /> 13 Community Development Director as the Roseville HRA Executive Director to support the <br /> 14 undertaking and work plan of the HRA. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto do mutually agree as follows: <br /> 17 <br /> 18 I. Scope of Services. The Executive Director shall perform the necessary and requested <br /> 19 services relating to the actions and activities of the HRA as outlined below: <br /> 20 <br /> 21 A. Provide day-to-day management of the HRA actions and activities; <br /> 22 B. Oversee the planning, direction and implementation of HRA policies and plans; <br /> 23 C. Manage housing programs and existing obligations including the HRA budget; <br /> 24 D. Monitor and manage HRA contract obligations including programs and services of <br /> 25 the Housing Resource Center and the Senior Housing Regeneration Program; <br /> 26 E. Prepare agenda, minutes, reports, resolutions and other support information in <br /> 27 preparation of meetings of the HRA and attend all HRA monthly and special Board <br /> 28 meetings; <br /> 29 F. Prepare and monitor information affecting the HRA on the City web page; <br /> 30 G. Conduct research related to housing issues at the request of the HRA; <br /> 31 H. Conduct public relations activities for the housing programs and activities of the <br /> 32 HRA; <br /> 33 I. Present the HRA with an annual work plan outlining the coming years goals and <br /> 34 desired outcomes; <br /> 35 J. Prepare quarterly report of executive director time spent on HRA business; <br /> 36 K. Manage and facilitate the annual Roseville Home and Garden Fair, and <br /> 37 L. Other actions requested by the HRA Board. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 The HRA understands and acknowledges that the Community Development Director will <br /> 40 also be performing services for the City during the term of this Agreement. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 II. Term. This agreement shall be effective upon the approval of the HRA Board of <br /> 43 Directors and the City Council, whichever occurs last, and shall continue for a period of one year <br /> 1 <br />
