7.0 RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 4 -6 of this report, the Planning <br />Division concurs with the recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve the <br />continuation of the seasonal household hazardous waste collection facility as an INTERIM <br />USE for an additional 5 years, subject to the condition that the HHW collection use shall <br />be administratively reviewed on an annual basis on the anniversary date of the resolution <br />granting the renewed INTERIM USE approval, with a staff report submitted to the Planning <br />Commission and City Council as needed to address operational or maintenance issues <br />that may arise. <br />8.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br />Adopting a resolution renewing the 5 -year approval of the INTERIM USE for Ramsey <br />County to continue operating a household hazardous waste collection facility at the Kent <br />Street location, based on the comments and findings of Sections 4 -6 and the <br />recommendation of Section 7 of this report. <br />Prepared by: Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd (651- 792 -7073) <br />Attachments: A: Area map D: <br />B: Aerial photo E: <br />C: Open house meeting summary <br />PF3 663_2011 _RCA_041811 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />Site plan and description of the proposed use <br />Draft resolution <br />
