REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />MEETING <br />DATE% 6-22-81 <br />MANRKEI��M � <br />&all N& <br />The Planning Commission at its June 3, meeting recommended, on a vote of 7 ayes <br />and 0 nays, to approve the request for variance to rear yard setback requi*rement <br />with the following conditions: <br />1, That the north, east and west sides of the garages be faced with <br />brick. <br />2. <br />That <br />all <br />exterior <br />storage be removed <br />from the sl'te. <br />3, <br />That <br />the <br />two feet <br />immediately behind <br />the garages be black-topped. <br />4. That the existi'ng fence along the south property line be placed in <br />a state of good repair, <br />Additionally, the appll*cant requested that the plan dated April 20..', 1981, be revised <br />to include one more double garage. This was included in the Planning Commission <br />recommendation. <br />
