EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE ROSEVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL - HELD JUNE 22 s 1981 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville, -met in regular session at the Ci ty Hal 1 <br />on Monday, June 22, 1981, at <br />WHERAS, the City of Roseville and the Metropolitan Council <br />desire to encourage the stabilization, revitalization and re-habilit <br />ation of the rental property in the City of Roseville so that it mal <br />continue to provide adequate housing. <br />AND WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has determined that a <br />P <br />program to encourage the rehabilitation of rental units is consistent <br />with the housing goals to the City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE� BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />that the Metropolitan Council is hereby authorized to implement a <br />Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program to encourage rehabilitatior <br />of private rental housing units and to provide rent assistance to <br />lower income families within the City of Roseville, and that the <br />
