Following Is the wording of the recommendAtion. <br />Tubes, boxes or recept�cles intended for. delivery of newspapers and <br />advertising flyers, etc, shall be prohibited except as follows: <br />'Khere such tubes or receptacles are �tttached to a home or <br />garage by the property owner, or <br />2. Where one such tube, box or receptacle, at the request of the <br />property owner, is posoned directly beneath the mail box on <br />the same stand or post and is- colored either a dark brown or tit. <br />match the mailbox, or <br />3.
