ROTT <br />Upon review of the locatio.n of our new Super 8 Motel in relation to Highway 35W an4mi <br />Highway 36, it has been brought to our attention by prof essionals in the sign field that ii <br />would be necessary to have a sign of the size indicated • the sign drawings attache <br />with the variance request. i <br />-9. <br />Because of the zoning of the property, we are allowed 100 square f eet, 25 f eet high, W ve <br />wish to construct a sign 170 square f eet, 38 f eet high, which would be allowed if thivZx- <br />zoning were different. <br />We do not feel the sign will cause a nuisance to any adjacent property owner.
