Under there circumstances, - it would appear that a positive consideration <br />of the proposed variances are reasonable. We would suggest, however, that <br />the variances be considered with the, condition that a more-.detailed <br />landscaping plan be-provided *Indicating the species, sizes, and numbers of <br />plant materials proposed. The site -plan, you will note, indicates. land- <br />scaping to a degree, but without indication of the aforementioned details. <br />9. The engineering staff has informed us that the applicants halve- been in <br />touch with the Dice Creek Watershed District, but a detaLiled drainage <br />solution has not been evolved. Thus, the Planning Commission may wish to <br />consider a c ondi t ion that the approvals be sub' ec t to a grading and dra ing � <br />plan acceptable to the engineering staff. <br />
