The CIP costs identified <br />96 above are planning level estimates and do not take into account other funding sources. <br />97 Reconstruction projects would have a portion of the costs funded through assessments. <br />98 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />99 At the August 8, 2011 public hearing, staff provided the following recommendation to the City <br />loo Council: The traffic studies that were conducted indicate that the County Road C -2 connection <br />1 o1 is not necessary at this time.
