<br />City Manager is authorized and directed to forthwith transmit <br />this request to the County Auditor in such form and content as <br />the Auditor may specify, together with a list of all <br />properties within Tax Increment Financing District No. 10 for <br />which building permits have been issued during the 18 months <br />immediately preceding the adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />7. There is hereby created a special account designated <br />"Tax Increment Financing Distr ict No. 10 'l'ax Increment <br />Account" to be held by the City Treasurer separate and apart <br />from all other accounts of the City. There shall be credited <br />into this account all tax increments received with respect to <br />Tax Increment Financing District No. 10 to be used in <br />accordance with the Tax Increment Financing Act and the Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan adopted for Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 10. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilmember Roq , and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: Kehr. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared <br />adopted and was signed by the Mayor and att <br />Manager. <br /> <br /> <br />passed and <br />by the City <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />:) <br />'.
