It should be emphasized that this is a work-in-progress <br />and therefore none of the following recommendations are final; these recommendations <br />may be revised or even deleted, and new recommendations may be added, <br />A narrative section is now being assembled by the Writers Committee (The Scribes) which <br />will incorporate the prior ground work and solid foundation already established by the City, <br />2 platform to build upon.
