City staffers do not believe implementing a Rental <br />Licensing with inspections alone would resolve the problems that the City is facing with <br />certain rental properties. A more holistic approach towards assuring that Roseville’s <br />multi-family housing stock is safe, sanitary, and affordable should be researched.
