<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
<br />City Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota
<br />was duly held on the 12th day of December, 1988, at 7:30 p.m.

<br />CLERICAL/TECHNICAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of
<br />Minnesota, the city Council shall establish employee compensation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerical/Technical
<br />Employee Classification and Pay Plan be revised to include the
<br />following ranges for certain City employees in 1989:
