<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by MemberCushma~ and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Rog <br />and Johnson. <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Resolution No. 8389 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the <br />city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said city council held <br />on the 12th day of November, 1988, with the original thereof on <br />file in my office, and the same is a full, true, and complete <br />transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to increasing <br />the salary range for Clerical/Technical employees by 3.5 percent, <br />and providing for a monthly insurance contribution of $195.00 per <br />month. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 2lst day of <br />December, 1988. <br /> <br />~,{A <br /> <br />Steve North <br />Acting City Manager <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
