<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville met in regular session at the city Hall on Monday, the ninth <br />day of January, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and <br />Rog. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Matson introduced the following resolution and move its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8397 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORTS AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON IMPROVEMENT NUMBERS: <br />M-P-89-07, M-P-89-08, P-89-02 Neighborhood No. 64, <br />P-89-02 Neighborhood No. 67, P-89-06, and UL-89-11 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted October 24, 1988, the Council directed the <br />City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the <br />feasibility of the following proposed improvements: <br /> <br />M-P-89-07 -- Including all that property abutting Fernwood Avenue <br />from Larpenteur Avenue to Garden Avenue, Fernwood Avenue from Garden <br />Avenue to Roselawn Avenue by installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, traffic signal, and necessary <br />appurtenances; and <br /> <br />M-P-89-08 -- Including all that property abutting Larpenteur Avenue <br />at Dunlap Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete <br />curb and gutter, traffic signal, and necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />2. By resolution adopted July 25, 1988, the Council directed the <br />City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the <br />feasibility of the following proposed improvements: <br /> <br />P-89-02, Neighborhood 64 -- Including all that property abutting <br />Oxford Street from Roselawn Avenue to Ruggles Street, Ruggles Street <br />from Lexington Avenue to Oxford street, Roma Avenue from <br />approximately 200 feet east of Lexington Avenue to Chatsworth <br />Street, Dionne Street from approximately 200 feet east of Lexington <br />Avenue to Aglen Street, and Aglen Street from Roma Avenue to Dionne <br />street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br />gutter, storm drainage, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />P-89-02, Neighborhood No. 67 -~ Including all that property abutting <br />Alameda street from Shryer Avenue to CUl-de-sac, Shryer Avenue from <br />Alameda Street to Dale Street, Skillman Avenue from Alameda Street <br />
