<br />to Dale street, Belmont Lane from Alameda street to Dale street, and <br />Eldridge street from Alameda street to Dale street by the <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and <br />necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />3. By resolution adopted August 22, 1988, the Council directed the <br />city Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the <br />feasibility of the following proposed improvement: <br /> <br />P-89-06 -- Including all that property abutting Ryan Avenue from <br />Fernwood Avenue to Oellwood Avenue and Dellwood Avenue from Ryan <br />Avenue to Draper Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />4. By resolution adopted November 14, 1988, the Council directed the <br />City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the <br />feasibility of the following proposed improvement: <br /> <br />UL-89-11 -- Including all that property abutting Fernwood court by <br />the installation of a ornamental light. <br /> <br />5. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report <br />the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to whether <br />such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are <br />hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of <br />the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the <br />general manner set forth in the report are designated as listed <br />above. <br /> <br />6. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in <br />said City, on January 30, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the <br />purpose of holding public hearings on the proposed improvements <br />under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota statutes, Chapter <br />429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause <br />notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be <br />published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which <br />publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication <br />shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />7. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br /> <br />8. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed <br />for Improvement Nos. M-P-89-07, M-P-89-08, P-89-02 Neighborhood 64, <br />P-89-02 Neighborhood 67, P-89-06, and UL-89-11 are determined to be <br />as stated in the foregoing notices, as fully as though the same were <br />separately set forth and resolved herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilperson Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and <br />Rog. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
