<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the ninth <br />day of January, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and <br />Rog. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Matson introduced the following resolution and move its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8398 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORTS AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON IMPROVEMENT NUMBERS: <br />P-89-02 Neighborhood NO.5, P-89-02 Neighborhood NO.7, <br />ST-89-15, P-89-02 Neighborhood NO.8, P-89-03, ST-89-09, P-89-04 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted July 25, 1988, the Council directed the <br />City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the <br />feasibility of the following proposed improvements: <br /> <br />P-89-02 Neighborhood 5 -- Including all that property abutting <br />Wilder Street from County Road D to cul-de-sac and Mildred Drive <br />from County Road D to Brenner Avenue by installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />P-89-02 Neighborhood No. 7 -- Including all that property abutting <br />Wheeler Street from County Road D to Lydia Avenue and Shorewood <br />Curb from Wheeler Street to Shorewood Lane by installation of <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and necessary <br />appurtenances; and <br /> <br />ST-89-15 -- Including all that property abutting Mildred Drive from <br />County Road D southerly 500 feet more or less by the installation of <br />storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />P-89-02 Neighborhood No. 8 -- Including all that property abutting <br />Stanbridge Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Millwood Avenue, Millwood <br />Avenue from Fairview Avenue to cul-de-sac, Maple Lane from Wheeler <br />Street to County Road C-2, Wheeler Street from Maple Lane to Lydia <br />Avenue, County Road C-2 from Maple Lane to cul-de-sac, and Aldine <br />Street from County Road C-2 to Lydia Avenue by installation of <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and necessary <br />appurtenances; and <br />
