<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council, the City <br />Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for <br />Improvement No. P-89-04, and has presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council, the City <br />Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for <br />Improvement No. P-ST-87-12, and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the city Council, the city <br />Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for <br />Improvement No. P-ST-87-17, and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council, the City <br />Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for <br />Improvement No. ST-89-19, and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council, the City <br />Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for <br />Improvement No. P-89-02, Neighborhood No. 64, and has presented such <br />plans and specifications to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council, the City <br />Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for <br />Improvement No. P-89-02, Neighborhood No. 67, and has presented such <br />plans and specifications to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council, the City <br />Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for <br />Improvement No. M-P-89-07, and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council, the City <br />Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for <br />Improvement No. M-P-89-08, and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council, the City <br />Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for <br />Improvement No. SW-89-18, and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications for each such improvement <br />specified above, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part <br />hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. 1989 Contract A includes the following improvements: P-89-02, <br />Neighborhood No.5; P-89-02, Neighborhood No.7; P-89-02, Neighborhood <br />No.8; P-89-03; ST-89-09; and ST-89-15.
