<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said city on Monday, the tenth day of April, 1989, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, <br />and Rog, <br /> <br />And the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Cushrnanintroduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8435 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SW-89-18 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the City of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted April 10, 1989, the city council directed the <br />Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the <br />feasibility of the proposed improvement including all that property <br />abutting County Road B from Hamline Avenue to Grotto Street by <br />the installation of a non-motorized pathway. The Public Works <br />Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated <br />cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been <br />submitted and considered by the council and are hereby approved and <br />directed to be placed on file in the office of the city manager. <br />The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth <br />in the report is designated as Improvement No. SW-89-18. <br /> <br />2. The council shall meet at the city hall, 2660 civic Center Drive in <br />said city on April 24, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. daylight saving <br />time for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvement, and the manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause notice of the improvement, place, and purpose of that meeting <br />to be published twice in the official newspaper, Focus, which <br />publications shall be a week apart and a second publication shall be <br />not less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
