<br />Resolution 8435 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SW-89-18 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said <br />city, on the twenty-fourth day of April, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to <br />hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as <br />amended on proposed Improvement No. SW-89-18 including all that property <br />abutting County Road B from Hamline Avenue to Grotto Street by the <br />installation of Non-motorized pathways and necessary appurtenances. The <br />foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $279,490.00. The <br />area proposed to be affected for the improvement shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting County Road B from Hamline Avenue to <br />Grotto street <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement and <br />the ares proposed to be affected therefor may appear and be heard by the <br />City Council at the time and place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: March 31, 1989 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Steve North <br />Acting City Manager <br />
