EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, June 12, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog, and the following members were absent: None Member Johnson Resolution and moved its adoption. introduced the following RESOLUTION 8457 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO TRANSFER BY WARRANTY DEED CER- TAIN LAND IN FEE SIMPLE FOR THE PURPOSES OF SETTLEMENT NEGOTIA- TIONS IN THE ACQUISITION AND MAINTENANCE OF A PARK FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND FOR DIRECTING THAT THE NECESSARY PROCEEDINGS BE INSTITUTED FOR SUCH PURPOSE. WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Roseville deems it necessary and expedient and in the best interest of the City to transfer the following land in fee simple for the purposes of settlement negotiations in the acquisition and maintenance of a park for the City of Roseville; and WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Roseville has been advised by competent advisors and committees that the following described real property is desirable to transfer in order to ac- quire other real property for park purposes; and WHEREAS, pursuant to settlement agreement between the City and the landowners, Linda Louise Schulze Sinna, a single person, Mary Elizabeth Richardson and Michael Richardson, husband and wife, and John Bracke Schulze and Karen J. Schulze, husband and wife, the City will transfer by warranty deed certain property to said landowners. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby deems it necessary and convenient that the property described below be transferred to Linda Louise Schulze Sinna, a single person, Mary Elizabeth Richardson and Michael Richardson, husband and wife, and John Bracke Schulze and Karen J. Schulze, husband and wife, all of said property situated in the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, to-wit:
