That the City Attorney be and hereby is instructed to com- mence the necessary proceedings by warranty deed in the name and in behalf of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, to transfer the property set forth above, and that said attorney is further in- structed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion.
