Proclamation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day <br /> Mayor Roe read a proclamation designating January 16, 2012 as Martin Luther <br /> King, Jr. Day in Roseville. <br /> Pust moved, Johnson seconded, proclaiming January 16, 2012 as Martin Luther <br /> King Jr. Day; urging all citizens to join together to recognize,praise and honor the <br /> efforts of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; Willmus; Johnson; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 6. Approve Minutes <br /> a. Approve Minutes of December 12,2011 Meeting <br /> Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the City <br /> Council prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into <br /> the draft presented in the Council packet. <br /> Corrections: <br /> Page 4, lines 9— 10 (Roe) <br /> Mayor Roe noted the need to revise language to normal roll call format for the <br /> motion versus current language taken verbatim from his e-mail notes. <br /> Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the minutes of the December 12, <br /> 2011 meeting as submitted and as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; Willmus; Johnson; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 7. Approve Consent Agenda <br /> There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. At <br /> the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly reviewed those items being <br /> considered under the Consent Agenda. <br /> a. Approve Payments <br /> Pust moved, Johnson seconded, approval of the following claims and payments as <br /> presented. <br /> ACH Payments $1,357,056.40 <br /> 64907-65077 753,073.67 <br /> Total $2,110,130.07 <br />
