<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA

<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
<br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the city
<br />Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of July, 1989, at
<br />7:30 p.m.

<br />Councilperson Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the following
<br />resolution:

<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON
<br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-90-02, NEIGHBORHOODS 3, 6, 19, 57, 70, and 71,
<br />AND IMPROVEMENT NOS. P-90-03 AND P-90-04
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street construction needs of various
<br />neighborhoods in the City and has tentatively selected six neighborhoods
<br />for inclusion in the 1990 Pavement Management Program; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the city of Roseville
<br />described below by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb
<br />and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the
<br />benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
<br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 429.011 to 429.111:

<br />Road C-2 to cul-de-sac; Mildred Drive, county Road C-2 to Lydia
