Rice street; Woodbridge street, Elmer street to Skillman Avenue; Skillman Avenue, Woodbridge street to Albemarle Street; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the city of Roseville described below by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 429.011 to 429.111: Skillman Avenue, Ham1ine Avenue to Lexington Avenue; and Western Avenue, North McCarron Boulevard to County Road B; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the city of Roseville described below by bituminous resurfacing and the installation of necessary appurtenances: Long Lake Road, County Road C-2 to County Road C. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosevil1e, Minnesota as follows: 1. The six neighborhoods specified in the attached drawing are hereby approved for inclusion in the 1990 Pavement Management Program. 2. The proposed improvements are referred to the city Public Works Director for study and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by councilperson Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
