As anticipated, our work in the preparation of the Tax Increment Finance Feasibility Report has given us the background needed to prepare a more precise estimate of the scope of services required to prepare the final. report We are now confident that all of the remaining work can be completed for a cost not to exceed Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000,00). This fee includes -the cost of additional consultation with the same experts identified-in our original proposal. We Will continue to coordinate all work prepared by ourselves, City Staff, legal and -bonding counsel, and other consultants. We will also continue to prepare presentations and attend all public meetings regarding this important planning effort to assist the City in its review, refinement, and adoption of the Final Tax Increment Finance Plan.
