The final Roseville Tax Increment Finance Report will be <br />prepared, summarizing all of the above stated information <br />and containing all of - the elements and findings rewired <br />by state law. <br />Significant portions of the research and analysis required to prepare <br />this final report has already been completed. As anticipated, our <br />work in the preparation of the Tax Increment Finance Feasibility <br />Report has given us the background needed to prepare a more precise <br />estimate of the scope of services required to prepare the final. report <br />We are now confident that all of the remaining work can be completed <br />for a cost not to exceed Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000,00). This <br />fee includes -the cost of additional consultation with the same experts <br />identified-in our original proposal. <br />We Will continue to coordinate all work prepared by ourselves, City <br />Staff, legal and -bonding counsel, and other consultants. We will also <br />continue to prepare presentations and attend all public meetings <br />regarding this important planning effort to assist the City in its <br />review, refinement, and adoption of the Final Tax Increment Finance <br />Plan. <br />
