I <br />1366-82 <br />Jim Kroiss (Jenkapei Company) <br />North of County Road C, Between Fairview <br />and Snelling Avenues <br />Approval of Height Limitation and <br />a <br />special Use Permit for PUD <br />1. The normal height limitation in industrial districts in the City of Roseville <br />is 45 feet. Section 13.230 of the Code specifiet those structures which <br />are exempt from height limitations as follows: <br />Section 13.230. Height Limitations Not to_.A ajy to Certain <br />Structures.. The height limitations stipulated elsewhere in <br />this Code shall not apply to: <br />1. <br />Church Spires <br />2. <br />Belfries <br />3. <br />Cupolas and domes which <br />do not contain usable <br />space <br />4. <br />Monuments <br />5. <br />Water Towers <br />6, <br />Fire and Hose Towers <br />7. <br />Observation Towers <br />8. <br />Flag Poles, <br />9. <br />Transmission Towers <br />10. <br />Chimneys <br />11, Smokestacks <br />12. Radio and Television <br />2. Section 13.240 stipulates, in effect, that if the Inspection Superintendent <br />(now called the Chief Code Enforcement Officer) decides to do so, he may <br />refer the matter to the Council and the Planning Commission. That section <br />states as follows: <br />13.240. ]Excej2tion to Exemption from Height Limitation. Not- <br />withstanding the provisions of Section 12.230, if, in the opinion <br />of the Irispection Superintendent, such structure would adversely <br />affect adjoining or adjacent property, such greater height shall <br />not be authorized except by the Council upon recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission, <br />3.
