MEETING 6/14/82 <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: - <br />1) That the final sign plan be approved by the City Planner, <br />t) That the Planner's suggestions contained in the April 7th report regarding the- <br />landscaping be incorporated as part of the applicant's landscaping plan, <br />The Council approved the preliminary plat with the condition that the final sign <br />fflan and final landscaping plan be approved by the City Planner. Mr. Dahlgren <br />has approved the final landscaping plan, and the final signing plan would be <br />reviewed subsequent to Council approval of the final plat, <br />Mr. Schroeder indicates he will deliver the final plat to the City for review on <br />Monday morning', June 14th. Therefore, a -verbal report will be provided the Council <br />Attached is the Planner's report, I <br />Council Action Requested: Motion approving/ den'ying Harry Schroeder's request for <br />final plat at 258-5 Hamline Avenue (if approved, the <br />Council may want to include the condition requiring <br />approval of the final sign plan by the City Planner). <br />
